These brief movements can be thought of as character pieces on four contrasting modes of behavior. None of them are of overly deep significance, but are here rendered in the sorts of rich textures that suggest quirky conduct and an absorbed state of mind. Roughly described: I. Indecorous – with questionable manners, clumsily flouting formality II. Languorous – contemplative and very mellow III. Capricious – the opposite of II., flighty, without reflection IV. Klezmerous – par-teeee!

The composition is great
The composition is great. However, the engraving is sloppy. More attention to detail is necessary. Dynamics are not vertically aligned, some measures are too wide while others are to small making the notation hard to read. Also, multi-measure rests should be used more often. There were none in this piece and it could have used some. I had an issue with the file and I contacted customer service. The issue was resolved quickly, so the customer service was great!

As always I simply like the text in her books
As always I simply like the text in her books. Tons of experience shared with great insight. Prescriptions on how to execute the exercises is a game changer and I would recommend both her books to all my trombone friends. These books are important for getting the basics in order, sound, air-flow, breathing, relaxation and endurance just to mention a few great tips for taking your playing to next level. Dimply great books

The Arrival of Something Truly Unique in Bucket Mutes
I have been following the design process of this entry into the bucket mute family for some time. Love the fact that is driven by active professional performers. My feeling is that is is a NEW take on the 'traditional' bucket. Rather than filling the mute chamber with dampening material, the design team developed a SONIC DIFUSER that, along with the overall design components, makes this a completely unique interpretation that remains rooted in tradition.
Superior, design and build/materials. EASE OF USE -easy on/off. And the maker worked with me to ensure a proper bell fit with my large bell - and communication throughout the order process was nimble, responsive and efficient. Not for nothing, affordably priced.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Five stars all day long!
Five stars all day long! The product sells itself because ALL of Ilan’s mutes play with perfect response, in all registers, and can be made with different resonating materials for the same type of mute!! Bravo!!

I've just started getting familiar with the alto trombone and so the alto clef was absolutely new to me. As I was already experienced with all the Bordogni Vocalized written in bass clef, this book is really helpful to get on track with learning the alto clef very fast. I'm using the PDF version and I can say the layout is very accurate and easy to read.
