From the author: Welcome to our fun book of symphonic melodies! These are some of the fun themes we as trombonists get to perform and some…well, we wish we could perform! You will notice some of these are written in the original version, some are transposed down a 4th, arranged 8vb and some with all the above. I would strongly recommend that you listen to the original recordings, so you know the context of where these melodies take place. The etudes in this book were selected help the musician take this magnificent instrument out of being a sound effect to making music with it. Find your voice within this instrument and enjoy!
