Alex Knutrud: Baba Yaga
Alex Knutrud: Baba Yaga
For unaccompanied trombone.
This solo is a ton of fun to play, takes you all over the horn, and gives you the opportunity to put some of those fast lip bends to good use!
Baba Yaga, a figure from slavic folklore, is a witch like grandmother figure with a magical house with chicken feet and the ability to transport Baba Yaga from one place and time to another. She often appears kind but is mischievous anf sometimes downright evil.
